Part of the event is a small stand where visitor or hotel guest could try writing batik pattern to the prepared clothes that’s already having cue lines.

Handmade by me using batik cotton scrap, muslin, acrylic paints, inks, embroidery thread and backed by felt.
Trusmi Batik Cirebon recognized by two types of color that comes from the manufacturers, the German-made color (named it, sol formula) and artificial colors or famous Japanese with Jawo formula and napthol. Both these colors using a mixture of water as the diluent.
Batik is a kind of clothes with unique motives. It has been well-known outside Indonesia, making Javanese proud of it.
I'm going to try a Trip Around the World in these batiks. Some of the ones I've chosen are marbled, which I hope will break the line around the design a bit. We'll see how these work :)
This blanket was built with batiks that I bought on my trips. The second and fourth bands on this picture are from Siem Reap, Cambodia. The other batiks come from California, Jasper (Alberta), Moose Jaw (Saskatchewan), Gimli (Manitoba), Kingston, Ontario, Ottawa (Ontario), and Wakefield, Quebec.
There's a bit of glare on this, as it's framed and I didn't feel like dismantling it to take the glass out.
Batik Sidomukti is a special garmen product from Magetan. It has a unique motif different from the other batik. It has two motifs, Pring Sedhapur and Jeruk Pamelo. Its center is in Plaosan in the west of Magetan.

I made this patchwork batik today. It's about 12x14cm and I'm planning to make it into a cover of one of my dolls house beds. I only 'blobbed' the wax once or twice so I'm quite pleased with it!
The finished fabric sample based on the white crochet land/seascape. The background is freehand batik shapes dyed light grey. I stitched made a few crochet and fabric textural pieces on top.
50 x 71 - Pieced the blocks some 10 years ago, but never finished. Do not remember the teachers name or what the pattern is called.
