Golden-crowned Sparrow bathes comfortably after a brief dispute with a House Finch. His only comment about the incident was "I am not an insane maniac."

To commemorate my daughter's birthday - a picture. It's a bit old (the picture that is). It was taken when she was two - or as she says, "back when I was a boy" (because her hair was short). She'll be four now. The photo was taken on holiday in La Gomera, we were in a rented house in the mountains and we discovered this big pot in the old, disused rustic kitchen. So we converted it into a swimming pool for the littlun.

Just in case anybody didn't realise it: the title is an allusion to the famous film with Ronald Reagan
For the All New Scavenger Hunt #2 - Knick knack. I don't seem to own any that don't fall into the "cute" category, so here's one I bought for the bathroom. He complements the print in there of a little girl in a wash tub along with her dog.
Like the saying goes, “cleanliness is next to godliness”. The Islamic ritual cleansing is performed prior to praying, and, generally a good idea to perform regularly in the humidity of Casablanca.
This is the men’s side of the washing facilities at the Hassan II Mosque as denoted by the bluish tiles, supposedly the women’s has more reds and yellows.
