The Abbey Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, commonly known as Bath Abbey, is a parish church of the Church of England and former Benedictine monastery in Bath, Somerset. Founded in the 7th century, it was reorganised in the 10th century and rebuilt in the 12th and 16th centuries; major restoration work was carried out by Sir George Gilbert Scott in the 1860s. It is one of the largest examples of Perpendicular Gothic architecture in the West Country. The church architecture is cruciform in plan and can seat up to 1,200 patrons. An active place of worship, it also hosts civic ceremonies, concerts and lectures. The abbey is a Grade I listed building, particularly noted for its fan vaulting. It contains war memorials for the local population and monuments to several notable people, in the form of wall and floor plaques and commemorative stained glass.

I've not seen many good images of Bath and having visited the place last week I can see why. It's a beautiful City but a bit of a nightmare to get a clean composition, but after wandering around for a few hours I settled on this.
The early morning light brings out the honey colour of the Bath stone beautifully.
"Bathed in Orange:" A recent sunset in Sedona took on a surprisingly orange glow as both the clouds and surrounding rains magnified the colors of the setting sun. No saturation was added to the RAW file; I actually reduced the saturation, and it still looked pretty intense.

Although the colour of the crane has gone a little off red from Sparrows normal colour , this picture still makes for a great shot . I tried to make it redder but by the time I had finished with it the file size was to big (24MB) I just scanned it in to high a resolution (600 DPI) I will have another go at a later date. The crane a Grove TM800 was one of 2 such machines that Sparrows had, I would love to find a photo of the 2 cranes together.
