Basil is the furry companion to Lily Ritter, Area Coordinator in the Office of Residential Life here at Albright College. Basil is a 3-month old puppy who is full of energy and loves to take walks around campus.

It is supposed to snow tonight (!) so we harvested all of our tomatoes and basil. We're going to make a bunch of pesto and freeze it. Yum!

Seeded in March. How cute is that plant marker? Sadly I only had a few of those wooden utensils (stolen from a hot dog shop at Borough Market in London). There are plans in the works for super cool new plant markers...
