เนื่องในวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคมที่จะถึงนี้ เป็นวันแรงงานแห่งชาติ กรุงเทพโพลล์โดยศูนย์วิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ ได้ดำเนินการสำรวจความคิดเห็นประชาชน เรื่อง “ความในใจของแรงงานไทย 4.0” โดยเก็บข้อมูลกับผู้ใช้แรงงาน ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 1,045 คน พบว่า ผู้ใช้แรงงานส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 64.3 รับทราบการปรับขึ้นค่าแรงขั้นต่ำทั่วประเทศเป็น 308- 330 บาท ตามที่รัฐมีมติปรับขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 1 เม.ย. 2561 ที่ผ่านมา ขณะที่ร้อยละ 35.7 ยังไม่ทราบ
เมื่อถามต่อว่าได้รับค่าแรงขั้นต่ำเพิ่มขึ้นตามที่รัฐมีมติปรับขึ้นค่าจ้างใหม่หรือไม่ ส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 59.6 ได้รับแล้ว ขณะที่ร้อยละ 40.4 ยังไม่ได้รับ
เมื่อถามว่ารู้สึกอย่างไรกับการขึ้นค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ 2 ปี ติดต่อกัน ส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 52.7 รู้สึกมีความสุข อยากให้ขึ้นแบบนี้ทุกๆปี ส่วนร้อยละ 35.7 รู้สึกเฉยๆ ไม่ได้ทำให้ความเป็นอยู่ดีขึ้น ขณะที่ร้อยละ 11.6 รู้สึกแย่ คิดว่าน่าจะขึ้นมากกว่านี้
ทั้งนี้เมื่อถามว่าค่าแรงขั้นต่ำที่ได้รับในแต่ละวันเพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่ายหรือไม่ ผู้ใช้แรงงานร้อยละ 39.9 ระบุว่า ไม่เพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่าย ต้องกู้ ต้องหยิบยืม ขณะที่ร้อยละ 30.9 ระบุว่า เพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่ายและมีเงินเก็บออม ส่วนร้อยละ 29.2 ระบุว่า พอดีกับค่าใช้จ่ายจึงไม่มีเงินเหลือเพื่อเก็บออม
สำหรับเรื่องที่กังวลหลังจากการขึ้นค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ 2 ปีติดต่อกันพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 85.5 กังวลว่าข้าวของจะราคาแพงขึ้น เพราะต้นทุนผู้ประกอบการสูงมากที่สุด รองลงมาร้อยละ 25.1 กังวลว่าค่าแรงขั้นต่ำจะไม่ขึ้นอีกหลายปี และร้อยละ 19.8 กังวลว่าแรงงานต่างด้าวเข้ามาแย่งงาน
เมื่อถามว่าการขึ้นค่าแรงขึ้นต่ำไปทั่วทุกภูมิภาค ทำให้อยากกลับไปทำงานที่บ้านเกิดหรือไม่ ส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 62.3 อยากกลับ ขณะที่ร้อยละ 37.7 ไม่อยากกลับ โดยในจำนวนนี้ให้เหตุผลว่า ในกทม. และปริมณฑลมีสวัสดิการดีกว่า (ร้อยละ 43.4) รองลงมาคือ มีงานให้เลือกน้อย (ร้อยละ41.4) และชอบอยู่กทม.และปริมณฑลมากกว่า (ร้อยละ 37.2)
สุดท้ายเมื่อถามถึงความในใจที่อยากบอกกับนายจ้างพบว่า เรื่องที่อยากบอกนายจ้างมากที่สุดคือ อยากให้เพิ่มเงินรายวันให้มากขึ้น (ร้อยละ 35.0) รองลงมาคือ อยากให้เพิ่มสวัสดิการ ค่ารักษาพยาบาล (ร้อยละ 17.1) และอยากให้มีงานจ้างทุกวัน (ร้อยละ 13.8)

For a narrow scarf cast on 24 and do everything the same accept the pattern row is just
K2 tog twice, (YO, K1 4 times K2 tog 4times, (K1 YO)4 times, K2 tog twice. I see now that the pattern reverses the YO on the secon set with the knit first and I don't do that on the 48 stitch cast on so the pattern is more pronounced on this one.....maybe I need to do the 24 instead of the expanded 48 I've been trying. Hmmmm.
