Knit in a couple days time, I used No No Kitty yarns which I think has closed shop. What a shame because their yarns are amazing. Knit on 3.75 inox circulars using magic loop method. I followed the basic stockinette sock pattern from Greetings from Knit Cafe by Susan Mischer. Lovely book, lots of fun patterns. I made the large size thinking it would fit my swollen pregnancy feet but they are a tad bit too big. I have yet to block them, perhaps it will felt them a bit and they will shrink?

Iris van Herpen, Oda Pausma, Monique van Heist, Klavers van Engelen and Anne de Grijff design garments that are sometimes sculptural but often surprisingly wearable. All of them have a strikingly individual style and a distinctive take on fashion. Likewise, the product designers, photographers and architects in the show have more in common than they might appear to: each works out of a strong personal vision that guides him or her through the creative process. Basic Instincts reveals the Netherlands' unique fashion and design culture in six varied exhibition landscapes.

Decided to put my Basic Draculaura in her Picture Day outfit. I really like the outfit on her much more than the doll that outfit comes with. ^^;
Was kinda scared to pose her for this. She's one of the original Wave 1 dolls from 2010, so I was afraid I'd break her. o.o!
