Very basic, very small sheet metal box camera; B+I shutter; fixed focus, single-aperture lens.
Takes 6x4.5cm images on 620 or film. Mine came with a 620 spool (as shown here) but 120 fits just as well. Boxes from the Pixie Flex are labelled as 120 or 620.
Made in Cardiff, c.1950.
There were four models (listed by McKeown}, all dating to 1950. This is either model I or II; models III and IV had leatherette covering.

... can easly be turned into a box and a lid
.. my design, as far as I know... but any reference will be welcome....
2 (1 for box, 1 for lid) square 15x15 cm. regular copy paper... I use 80gr. and 90gr. the second is suggested for the box
written instructions (more or less) in the kusudama cube writing.
Decoration made with paper left by cutting an A4 sheet in 2 squares... so you will just need 2 A4 paper for two duo color box.... and only 1 sheet for a single color box (obviously)... this box is very good for give aways in any occasion (espiacilly candies and confetti) and also as a toothfairy (or mouse depending on traditions) box..
I wish you a week full of colors!.... (north Italy in particular: wish you also a SUNNY week) :-))))

The basic tote is a simpler version of the diaper bag. It has interior pockets and is easy to make. Choosing a firmer fabric for this one will help cut down the time it takes to fuse interfacing on such large pieces.
Skill level: Beginner/Easy
Materials Needed:
• 1 yard outer fabric
• 1 yard fabric for lining (should be sturdy fabric, not thin or slick suit lining fabric)
• 2.5 yards decor bond* interfacing (no substitutions) * Decor bond is a type of pellon brand interfacing. It will say decor bond on the end of the bolt.
• spool of matching/coordinating 100% polyester all purpose thread (thread will only be seen on the outer strap and pockets)
• magnetic snap
• optional hard coroplast purse bottom
NOTE: if you choose a sturdy fabric for outer fabric and lining, like canvas, twill, denim or upholstery weight fabric, you can omit the decor bond interfacing. This makes the bag making process much faster, which is a wise choice if you're a new sewer.
All supplies are available at Stitch Lab! Please arrive 20-30 minutes early, if you opt to make your selections and have them cut right before class.
An everyday residence of our city park enjoys a quiet Tuesday, after a very busy Labor Day weekend. The squirrel appears to be demonstrating a yoga pose known for relieving stress.
