Our first community tractor was named "Oliver". This one, a Massy, doesn't have a name but does have a sweet Japanese diesel engine.

The Leaven works in partnership with members of the local community; including businesses, police and fire departments, local government, school administrators and teachers, church groups and concerned neighbors to bring after-school mentoring and tutoring programs as a revitalization tool to struggling neighborhoods where drop-out rates are out of control and gangs threaten the peace of the community. We believe in living out our Christian faith through after-school programs, community activities, family support and nurturing to our neighbors.

Late night, Clement Street in the Inner Richmond part of San Francisco, CA. He was playing a beautiful melody on his violin while doing the laundry.
So, I was working on my photos all day. I do them in batches (because I shoot an entire show/event at faire) so I can manage them and it gives me some time for my RAW viewer to change the files over so I can get up and walk around a bit (I try to get up every couple of hours).
I took this photo and sent it to my son (he was at his primary job). I said I was taking his Bristol Renaissance Faire hat (using the quote from the movie "Chappie" when Chappie steals something by shouting "I'm taking this!" as he runs away with it). My son is on the Bristol Safety and Security staff this year. The hat is part of the uniform but not required to wear. He doesn't wear it and it's been sitting on the kitchen counter for weeks... So I took it! (then I put it back, because I had photos to finish).
