I noticed a bit of bling in Jordbro today. This is Bobo Bola. A football player from Kinshasa. He joined Landskrona BoIS back in 2005 and scored a few goals in the Allsvenskan. He has made 23 appearances in the Rwanda National Football Team.
I was photographing the truck that's "decorated" with graffiti and tags on St. Nicholas Ave.. This young man was waiting to cross the street when I made my first photos. He was wearing an odd t-shirt about duck shooting. (Not very vegetarian!)
I didn't see the ice cream cone , however, until he began walking and suddenly turned around.
Nice surprise--the cone really looks wonderful against the blue & green lettering!

A neighbor man stopped to check out his purchases, just after leaving the supermarket. I often stop and re-arrange mine on top of the same metal newspaper box, resting my cane in the same spot.
I love his smile...and wonder what he's smiling about.

Week 6 of 52 in 2013. The theme is SPORT. The wait is almost over for Murph the Braves Troll. On Monday, Spring Training begins as pitchers and catchers report to camp. Murph is very excited about the Atlanta Braves chances during the 2013 baseball season. With a revamped outfield, a great pitching staff, and the best closer in baseball, the Braves are ready to challenge for the World Series Championship.

Zabi (in the hood) was definitely the chatty one of the three, and put his hood up here as he wanted to look 'bad'.

Bob Desmond, Disney photographer extrodinaire, photographing the TRON monorail at Epcot.
During my last trip, I spent some time with Bob photographing around Epcot. I mentioned I wanted to get a photo of the TRON monorail. Bob, being a commercial photographer, explained to me it was not something high on his list as it was only salable for a short period of time. So, it bemused me a bit when we noticed the TRON monorail stopped near the Imagination pavilion waiting to head into the Epcot station and Bob went over to photograph it.

My beautiful picture....turned another old negative to digital ..straight from negative of the late 1970's maybe one day I will do something different but tonight I just needed to share him ....I used a old Sear 35mm brand camera til 2001 when the one non replace part broke inside the camera......things were packed away and almost forgotten til Christmas this year when I got a hand-held scanner and a digital converter ...
