It's the world's largest Dilly Bar at the Moorhead Dairy Queen where Dilly Bars were invented in 1955. The 1949 franchise agreement the Moorhead location has allows it to sell off-menu items. The world's largest Dilly Bar was installed in 2017. I'm not much of a DQ fan but it was a hot day and I honored the location by having a butterscotch Dilly Bar.

Temple bar was introduced to the west of the city to expand the city's boundaries. The original wooden gate was destroyed by the great fire in 1666 and replaced by a Wren gate made from portland stone. This column marks the spot, and is topped with a dragon. Many of the entrances to the city are still guarded by dragons, although most of them are much small than this beast.

Built at Wivenhoe in 1997, the 191g trailing suction, grab dredger/hopper "Bar Maid" was only three years on the River Bann before being sold in 2000 to Blackshell Farm Limited, Westport as "Jenny T". Sold again in mid 2002 to Celtic Sea Minerals Ltd, Castletownbere, Co. Cork and employed dredging calcified seaweed. A further sale took place in Feb 2003 when the owners became Marigot Ltd trading as Celtic Sea Minerals, Carrigaline, Co. Cork, who renamed her "Marigot Bay".

BNSF MOW workers install rail joining bars on a section of 40 foot panel track that has just been laid into place by a pair of front end loaders, as part of the track replacement project on Main #1 through the station at Fullerton California.
The last time this was done was 14 years ago and thanks to the strike at the port, the early part of December turned out to be a good time to do this project.
I would like to thank the crew who were gracious enough to allow me to photograph their activities that night - the opening in the crowd watching the loader was not by accident.

The Bar-tailed Godwit (Limosa lapponica) is a large wader in the family Scolopacidae, which breeds on Arctic coasts and tundra mainly in the Old World, and winters on coasts in temperate and tropical regions of the Old World. A large number of birds winter in Ireland. The Bar-tailed Godwit migrates in flocks to coastal western Europe, Africa, South Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
It makes the longest non-stop flight known for any bird and also the longest journey without pausing to feed by any animal, 11,680 kilometres (7,258 mi) along a route from Alaska to New Zealand. This flight was tracked by satelite on a tagged bird and took approximately nine days. Stray birds from Europe and Asia occasionally appear on both North American coasts.
