Among the many collections I have all over the place are these pretty rhinestone bangles from the 20s. They have such a lovely sparkle to them...you can't really tell in the photo. I usually get them at antique malls, vintage expo shows or on ebay. I've never ever seen one at a thrift store. The reds are my faves. You'll see white one's the most, but the rhinestones always turn a little grey on those.
tip: i think the technical name for the plastic on these lil suckers is "celluloid". If you want some for yourself search "celluloid rhinestone bangle" (or something like that) on ebay!
