“I think I was born an artist. In a way, we all are but I know from a young age I was drawing, creating, seeing. I had the right nature and nurture scenarios fall into place to become, to realize I think what has been my life destiny from birth. We are all born with a destiny from birth, born under unique and specific planetary alignments, under a certain set of stars in the sky. We are all born artists but the difference between those who continue to create throughout their lives and those who don’t is the childhood, the womb, the beginnings of life when you develop and grow your psyche for the rest of your life. The problem with growing up in our modern society is all the access youth have to the poisons of this world, easily through the internet and social media; these technologies affect development of the brain in ways we don’t yet understand and there’s potential for positive and negative outcomes, but I urge the population to make an effort not to use the media to spread evil and instead to nurture all who it can touch, for the sake of a richer future, rich with culture and love and knowledge. I dream of world full of seeing. and it starts with youth. Michelangelo claims that he as an infant was ingesting marble dust through the breast milk of his maid who was constantly inhaling the dust in the quarries, and that the marble coursing through his body was the catalyst to his superior level of skill and talent in the art of sculpting marble. Everything we experience effects us, shapes us, sculpts us. Each experience is unique, formulated only by time, location (space), and a potential energy (power), factoring in each preceding moment to equate what happens next. Create beautiful experiences in life and destiny will perpetuate itself.
We as a human population have the tools to spread this idea across the globe; I have taken it upon myself to work toward creating awareness and thought provoking art to get people to consider if they’re doing what they can to create happiness in their lives. I want people to know how easy it is to do. Our own experiences as an individual depend on our interaction with a collective whole, the universe. It is important for people to embrace who they are because we all make up the collective being and all our differences are what make it a beautiful, functioning universe; it requires all aspects of life to be a universe at all. We all have a place here, and what’s amazing is we are all capable of finding that thing that gives us access to further understanding our place in the universe. It is imperative as conscious humans with very individual experiences (formulas) relative to the universe to first become aware of the experiences and then to ponder them. It is the foundation of the potential to live a life that satisfies, which is what we all want isn’t it? To find one’s path, where they “belong,” an identity, is to know happiness, something each person on this planet is in pursuit of. and its right in front of us, all around us, we must choose to see it.
I have created my own definition of artist which is embodied in myself and everything I am. I cannot define the artist in words but what I do and what I am does. I have found my happiness in art and mathematics and nature and myself. One day my voice will be louder than it is now, and through my art the knowledge, the message I have will be heard by someone who needs it. I hope to use my art to promote creativity and individuality and contemplation, to emphasize the importance of the relationship with the self, and encourage people to find their happiness. I want to start a wave of creativity, self love, and exploration. I believe the world will be better because of it.”

Bailey lives at Colchester Zoo in Essex.
Lions are animals that have long been kept in zoos. In 18th. century England, the price of admission to the Tower of London Menagerie, the pre-cursor to the London Zoo, was three pence, or a cat or dog to be fed to the lions.
Lions have a short coat of tawny or golden fur with a long tail that has a tuft of longer fur at the end. The markings on their coats are much fainter than the bold stripes and spots displayed on other felines which helps these large carnivores in going unseen when stalking prey in the long grasses. Lions have strong and powerful jaws that contain 30 teeth in total which includes four fang-like canines and four carnassial teeth that are perfectly designed for slicing through flesh.
The lion is one of the largest cats in the world with males being taller and heavier than females and displaying a mane of long hair around their faces, in fact, it is the only case in the feline world where males and females actually look different. Thought to be connected with testosterone levels, the mane of the male lion ranges from blonde to red, brown, and black in colour and covers their head, neck, and chest.
On average, lions eat about 17 to 20 lb. (8 to 9 kg) of meat per day. Males can eat about 100 lb.(43 kg), while females can eat 55 lb. (25 kg). Lions eat a diet that consists of buffalo, wildebeests, and even giraffes, but primarily they catch gazelle, zebra, and warthog along with a number of antelope species by following the herds across the open grasslands. Although lions do not naturally see people as prey, African lions have been known to sneak into villages to find food, and are known to attack up to 700 people every year, with lions being responsible for 100 human fatalities annually in Tanzania alone. In 1898, two Lions in Kenya, known as Tsavo lions, a pair of mane-less lions, became famous for killing and eating over 130 railway workers over a period of around 9 months.
While lions are generally social animals, prides generally consist of 80% females. For this reason, only about one in eight male lions survive to adulthood. Groups of male lions sometimes band together, controlling vast swaths of territory. One famous band of male lions in South Africa’s Kruger National Park controlled over 170,000 acres and was estimated to have killed more than 100 rival lions and cubs.
The largest lion ever recorded weighed 690 lb. (313 kg) and was shot in South Africa in 1936. Ancient lions were even larger than today’s lions and reached up to 1,153 lb. (523 kg). Like most big cats, lions live about 10 to 15 years in the wild.
Between 1993 and 2014, the IUCN estimated the population of lions had decreased by 42% due to poaching and habitat loss. Its estimated there may be fewer than 20,000 lions left in the wild today.

Dad and I decided to have a wander along the riverbank at Bonby. Mum loved it here, and the boys certainly enjoy being off the lead for a while.
Bailey and Baxter joined us on 24th March 2018. Two little bundles of joy, keeping all of us on our toes at the moment!

My mum wanted me to get a picture of Bailey for her to do a sketch from, so here it is. I finally am pleased with an image of him, he's so difficult when it comes to pictures. He only sits still when I have something he really wants. This time I was holding his giant tennis ball above my head to the right, and he posed like a pro :) Oh and the watermark is gone because I uploaded from iPhoto, it will be back again in future posts.

I didn't even have to try to make her look good...she is this adorable!!!
On December 13, 2017, at 11 pm sharp, Bailey passed away.
She just collapsed and died in few minutes, without suffering, and on my lap, in the backyard at home where she loved so much. She was only 8.5 years old.
She was happy, rambunctious, and so full of life just right up to her death. Her life was expired like a candle flame turned off.
Thank you, Bailey, for the beautiful life you provided to all of us.
I created a blog when she was puppy but didn't continue much after year or so, but decided to complete, now posting sort of backwards.
