A midiscale (around 1:80) town scene using the microfigs as people and a four wide monorail as train.

    

The scene has a railway station, hotel, bakery, snack bar, some houses, a church and a chapel as well as a playground, a bus stop, a fountain, some fall trees and some hills.

    

The train and station are lit with power functions lights. A few custom engraved or printed parts were used for decoration.

    

This scene was on display at Lego Fanwelt in Cologne, November 2012. Visitors were invited to spot the following 12 items:

    

1. Donald Duck

2. an angel

3. two lovers

4. a teddy bear picnic

5. a gorilla

6. a cowboy

7. the Pied Piper

8. Little Red Riding Hood and the wolf

9. two mountaineers and a St. Bernard

10. a wedding

11. an alien

12. somebody who needs to go to the hairdresser's

 

People don't usually photograph the "backside" of a flower. However, there's lots of color and detail!

No actual pattern used, but I had a larger example potholder to go from. All yarn is from my stash.
