We didn't have the best weather, the foliage wasn't prime, and the road we went on had very little aspen. But it had this! You can camp here! Someday, I'll camp here and wake up, open my tent and look at this. Some day......

Het is heerlijk om ergens de back country in te gaan en op je gemak een kicker te bouwen. Een hele middag genieten van de omgeving en sprongen maken. Hier laat Maarten een netjes uitgevoerde backside grab zien, tegen een zeer fraaie achtergrond.

Backside Sunset

As we trekked across the backside of Haleakala, on the way back from the Hana, I was taken away by the beautiful vistas of the south side of Maui. I heard and read so much about the "Road to Hana", which takes you along the North shore until you reach Hana. If you ask me, the drive along the South shore is much more beautiful.

This spot was near Kaupo, about a mile or so passed St. Joseph's church. Lucked out that we arrived at this spot just in time to take in the sunset. Was a great way to end the day. 

Wow, I'm actually proud of this one!

And too say I only worked a few hours on it -.^

It's quite the relief given Sauna normally is a real pain to edit. Pinkish/red hair is difficult! And so is light complexion, I'm putting all my next models under a serious tan light, seriously ><

So yeah, this is my challenge picture for VS Runway. Hopefully it has a chance, all the other girls there are just so good! :o
