We spend the day in the Longji Rice Terraces, also known as the Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces. These amzing structure have been created by the local tribes over hundreds of years to enable them to grow food for themselves. We hiked between the villages of Dazhai and Ping'an (about 15km or so).
