I have had an idea, i recording my workout...at my workout i have made two wonderful backbends,one screenshot can you see now here...and on the other can you see my face,and i don't want upload this here in the web.
Because the original skin color is very gray, i have this screenshot again manipulated with my normal tool on my Windows 8.1.
I have took here a nice orange frame around the more orange picture now.
At last,at last,at last...after ten or twelve years can you see the first time my ribs...after an half year behind the other screenshot
" backbend below the window ", what i have last uploaded-and of course an intense workout beginning end of the last summer '2016.

I present now the second time of myself,my personal favorite gymnastic position...and i must say,looks very beautiful ! The feet,legs,arms,now here to see two of my ribs...and this in a warm orange with an alive background where do you can discover clothes and items of my flat.
Tailbone is pressed toward the pubis and the pubis is lifted toward the navel. Backbend is evenly distributed throughout the entire spine.
