Dar El Bacha Musée Des Confluences
Dar El Bacha was the home of Pacha Thami El Glaoui, also known as the Lord of the Atlas, who ruled over Marrakesh from 1912 to 1956. It is a majestic palace considered to be archetype of Moroccan architecture that illustrates both local craft and European inspired decoration - it also has built in water pipes and central heating!

introduction of hi-tech services like, online computer services, etc. Herein example could be
Asian Paints, they give five years warranty on certain paints.
Direct Marketing, is a marketing strategy that interacts directly with the consumers asking
them to make a direct response. Example through catalogues selling, mail, electronic
marketing, Television shopping, etc.
Relationship Marketing, it is a process of creating, maintaining and enhancing strong value
laden relationships with customers and other stakeholders. It will go a long way in building
relationships. Example, Emirates, right, when you fly by Emirates they send a Mercedes,
right, per passenger at your residence, so if it is a family of four, you can even ask for four
Mercedes and they provide. And they pick you up from your door, that is your home till
airport. And again from your destination airport to the hotel a Mercedes service is
provided. Same, British Airways, offers special lounges with showers at 199 airports for
frequent fliers. Isn’t it amazing, yes.
Next, Services Marketing, It is applying the concepts, tools and techniques of marketing to
services. Services is any activity that one party can offer to another that is essentially

Sally Lightfoot crab
Las Bachas - Galapagos islands - Ecuador - equator
Our yacht is anchored in Las Bachas (Santa Cruz island)
Onze eerste verkenning op het kleine eilandje. Wandelen en snorkelen. We zien er talrijke Sally lightfoot krabben. Ook de Grote Blauwe reiger, de bruine pelikaan en de Grote Flamingo trokken onze aandacht!
Las Bachas is a white sand beach ideal for swimming. White sand is interspersed with rocks where easy and safe snorkelling can be practiced. A Great Blue Heron on the outlook.
The beach is also a nesting site for the Pacific Green Sea Turtle.
Rocks serve as resting place for the Brown Pelican and habitat for the colorful Sally Lightfoot Crabs, which are found on all islands in plentiful numbers.
Greater Flamingo wading in the small lagoon located near the beach.
