You find an axe among the branches of the tree.

I'm hewing a beam with 2 tools: a Gransfors Bruks American Fellers Axe and a Waters and Co. broad axe from the mid-1800's.

I love working with these two axes when they're razor sharp and the wood is straight grained and green. This timber was all knotty and twisted, but having sharp tools made the work fast.

Invitación a evento de Axe.

I never put anything in my hair, which is why I keep it so short, so I don't have to mess with it. But I got a sample of some Axe styling product or other which was described as "putty". This stuff really was putty. It was so thick it could have been used in children's craft projects in place of glue. But I thought it added a little something to my look today, so I took this picture before I washed it out. Who knows...? I may be persuaded to use a little gel from time to time after this.
