Well I'll preface this one by saying I'M OBSESSED WITH ONONE'S FOCAL POINT! I love tilt shift images and since I'm not down to drop 2500 on the Nikkor TS lens (yet) I'm making the most of this unbelievable software. Special thanks to Brian Matiash brianmatiash.com/blog/ for turning me onto this amazing line of products (along with his awesome HDR Texture Boost Brush in Lightroom). If you haven't seen his work you must have been living under a rock for at least the last year! Couldn't be more approachable and has been a huge help in getting me into the world of HDR.
I spent all day last Saturday (while waiting for my friend to get off work) walking everywhere in San Francisco and think I got the Pyramid from just about every possible angle--this is simply the first I've touched.
Now my apologies if you don't like this effect.......because I'm going to post a ton this weekend (!!!!) as it's supposed to rain and I need to catch up on sleep and Seinfelds I've seen 1,000,000 times over.

What Resort Is Your Favorite?
The first resort I went to after I moved here was the majestic Grand Floridian. I had to see how it compared to my favorite Grand Californian which I frequented while living there in Anaheim and even after. This resort is a stark contrast to that of the Californian. The Floridian is overly posh. I love the white and pristine feel to it. This one feels like a place that those elite of the 1930's would come for a vacation after making their millions. Much like how the Californian places you in an over-sized cabin with cozy fireplace, the Floridian sets you up for a day at the beach or relaxing to the sounds of the piano player play classical pieces for a full immersive experience.
I wish to spend more time in each of the many resorts here on Disney Property. They all have their own personality. The question is, which one next? So far I have been impressed by the theming and the atmosphere. I'll be sure to post what I get from each one. It get's hard to pick a picture of the day from so many pictures taken. For the record I have enough for a couple of months now, but I don't like to place things too close together. As is, you fans of the Hollywood Studios are probably very mad at me right now that I haven't got anything for you yet. YET! Coming soon.

Which attractions will you wait over 50 minutes for?
The attraction that has the longest line ever in all of Disney's Hollywood Studios is Toy Story Midway Mania. The ride here in Florida is exactly the same as Califronia's, but the queue here is over the top as a great way to spend your time. Standing in this line really shrinks you down to size and get's you ready to play with the toys of the beloved Pixar movie series, Toy Story 1, 2, and 3. Which icon is your favorite?
When I get to each park, there is a central icon that draws the attention. For Magic Kingdom, it's the Castle. For Hollywood Studios, it's the Hat. For Animal Kingdom, it's the Tree. But for EPCOT, it's the "Golf Ball"! I'm not sure which is my favorite, but I can say easily it's not the Hat in Hollywood Studios. This place is on the top of my bucket list for restaurants in Hollywood Studios and maybe in all of the parks. A friend of mine wanted to get a small group, sit in the corner and play a game called Fiasco. It would have been a great time, but she decided that her Disney career was done early. I miss her. The Brown Derby has a feel of a classy joint that would have fit well in the new revamp of California Adventure, but I have to admit Carthay Circle is one amazing place to eat...

Jamali was a pen name for poet, traveller and Sufi Shiekh Fuzlullah. He was also known as Jalal Khan. Jamali was a famous city poet for Lodi as well as Mughal Empire. Jamali was introduced to Sufism by Shiekh Samauddin.
The Mosque was built by Maulana Jamali for preaching as well as provide 'serai' - Shelter to the weary travelers. The Mosque also had an elevated balcony for hanging a lamp as an indicator for travelers. The Mosque was built in 1528
The tomb of Maulana Jamali lies to the North of the Mosque. The tomb was built in 1529, while the Maulana was still alive. This complex was used by the Maulana as his Hospice, where he lived and preached.
When he died in 1536, the Maulana was buried in the main chamber. The cieling of the main chamber was decorated with his poems as inscriptions.
Kamali, an ardent follower of Maulana Jamali was buried in the pillared Cenotaph tomb in the complex
Hence it is also known as Jamali Kamali Mosque.

What brings you to the Boardwalk?
It was like a night like any other and the air was warm and thick from the humid day. The sounds of flip flops and heals on wood could still be heard over the laughter and fireworks in the far distance. Then it hit like a freight train. A smell of freshly baked goods wafted in from my right. There was no stopping my head from turning toward the warmly lit building. Quaint apartments sat above the Boardwalk Bakery that housed this addicting smell. I entered in and there saw a lovely sight. Pastries stretched out waiting for me, but that was not the loveliest sight to behold. The woman behind the counter had a smile that would make Helen of Troy defer her fleets...

I've been asked to get this picture for a friend of mine. I would have taken it anyway, but here it is a bit sooner than I would have posted it. I love the lights in Animal Kingdom. These ones here feature the animals of the logo for Animal Kingdom. I was out with some friends taking pictures and exploring EPCOT when they decided to get out of the pending rain to visit Spaceship Earth. What do you recommend to eat here?
I used my own advice the other day while walking around Animal Kingdom. Go in a restaurant before they open and get some great shots of it empty. Sure enough at around 10:00 am the park was getting packed with people, but the Yak-n-Yeti was completely empty. They didn't open for another hour. This place has such an amazing interior. I'm not sure where I would want to sit while eating here, but I can tell you it's most likely upstairs...

Derwen bakehouse was one of three small commercial bakeries that were built in Aberystwyth around the beginning of the 20th century. It was built in 1900 by Evan Jenkins, a local farmer, as a business for his two daughters. The building is in two parts: a brick-built preparation room where dough was placed in tins ready for baking, and a stone-built section containing a large brick-lined baking oven.
Where in the parks would you go to eat breakfast?
Continuing from yesterday's post on breakfast, I thought I'd post this fun shot of France. Back in the back, there is a little cafe. The smells that come from this area are heavenly. This shot was taken without a tripod on one of my first days here in Walt Disney World. I got into EPCOT about 30 minutes before the park opened and started getting shots of places. Being the first time in EPCOT I went straight for the World Showcase and realized that not all of it opened with the park. So while waiting for it to open, I went to the parts that were open to take a couple of shots. One of the places that is open is France. Here I came upon a woman eating her breakfast and going over paperwork. This transported me directly back to the two years I spend in Switzerland over 10 years ago. I missed the smells and the people. No matter the size of the city, breakfast in Europe always has a quaint little town village.
