But thanks to Aware Girls, a new generation of young women leaders is coming of age. Aware girls empowers girls and young women (ages 12–29) by providing them with access to important information and programs: education and health resources, employment avenues, and social services.

“Upasana Society NGO” in association with “Rotaract Club of The Caduceus” is conducting a health awareness camp and a health food distribution camp for the Tribal kids of Medha village near Vajreshwari on 23rd July 2016 between 10:00 am to 12:30pm.
Volunteers will be carrying out few health awareness programs to understand the health status of the kids which they will compare over the next 6 months. The program will be carried out as follows:
Baseline assessment camp (day0) with deworming.
Day1- Start supplementation as explained above.
At 3months from day1: Mid-prog Camp for assessment for interim analysis
At 6months from day1: Post intervention assessment camp.

This program is currently going on in few schools in Mumbai.
Upasana Society will also distribute sanitary pads to the students free of cost. Anyone who wishes to donate sanitary pads can get in touch with us.
What volunteers can do:
Help us with photography.
Help us with taking small videos of the event.
Help us write a blog post for the event.
Help the medical volunteers if any assistance is needed.
Help us distribute the sanitary pads.
Help us distribute the health sachets.
Help the teachers of the school to gather the students in different rooms.
