Toui tirica / Plain parakeet / Brotogeris tirica
Le Toui tirica (Brotogeris tirica) est une espèce d'oiseaux appartenant à la famille des Psittacidae. Cette espèce mesure environ 23 cm, taille importante pour un toui. Sa silhouette allongée est une autre caractéristique assez atypique au sein de ce groupe. Cet oiseau présente un plumage à dominante vert clair rehaussé par des nuances jaunes sur les joues, la nuque et la poitrine. Les rémiges sont bleues. Les couvertures alaires peuvent présenter des plages brunes. Le bec d'environ 20 mm est gris rose. Les iris sont bruns et les pattes grisâtres.
The Plain parakeet (Brotogeris tirica) is a species of bird belonging to the Psittacidae family. This species measures approximately 23 cm, large size for a toui. Its elongated figure is another fairly atypical characteristic within this group. This bird has a predominantly light green plumage enhanced by yellow shades on the cheeks, nape of the neck and chest. Flight feathers are blue. Wing coverings may show brown areas. The beak of about 20 mm is pinkish gray. The irises are brown and the legs grayish.

Le tangara vert olive est une espèce d'oiseau de la famille des Mitrospingidae, du genre monotypique Orthogonys. Il est endémique du Brésil, où ses habitats naturels sont des forêts montagnardes humides subtropicales ou tropicales et d'anciennes forêts fortement dégradées.

Reddish-belied parakeet / Marron bellied parakeet / Pyrrhura frontalis
Perruche assez petite et grégaire avec une longue queue pointue. Trouvé principalement dans les forêts, y compris les forêts d'Araucaria et même dans les grands parcs urbains. Salopette verte avec une bande frontale rouillée, un ventre et une sous-queue marron et une poitrine écaillée. Son motif de visage est généralement assez indistinct, mais notez des plaques d'oreille chamois, un cercle oculaire blanc et un bec sombre. Des sexes similaires.
Fairly small and gregarious parakeet with a long pointed tail. Found mainly in forests, including Araucaria forests and even in large urban parks. Green overall with a rusty frontal band, a maroon belly and undertail, and a scaled breast. Its face pattern is generally quite indistinct, but note buffy ear patches, white eyering, and dark bill. Sexes similar.

Spin sheep fleece into yarn using ancient drop spindle technology, dye the yarn bright purple, pink, or rusty yellow using local plants and berries....weave it into cloth at the loom. Cassique cul-rouge /Red-rumped Cacique / Cacicus haemorrhous
Grand cacique avec un long bec ivoire mince. Trouvé dans la canopée des forêts humides et peut effectuer des mouvements migratoires en suivant les pluies. Entièrement noir à l'exception d'une croupe rouge qui peut être difficile à voir lorsqu'il est perché. Notez les yeux bleus . Nidifie en colonies et construit de grands nids pendants . La chanson est variable, y compris des sifflements forts et un cri d'alarme «kak-kak-kak» dur.
Large cacique with a long, slender ivory bill. Found in the canopy of humid forests and may make migratory movements tracking the rains. Entirely black apart from a red rump that may be hard to see when perched. Note the blue eyes. Nests in colonies and builds large pendulous nests. The song is variable, including loud whistles and a harsh “kak-kak-kak” alarm call.
