Got a deal on the last two pups, now almost two years old, weighing 60 & 65 pounds respectively. The latter is neutered and therefore the heavier; he won't go beyond wading in the pond- more delicate. Charlie has the more energy, wanderlust, and is more difficult to keep an eye on. An Angus cow charged him as a pup and he always wants to herd them now. But I have little idea if Brian wants me even to start training them. They sit, stay, and Charlie Bahr will lie down until the OK release is given. Or I don't let them out of the pen.
Aussie visitor arrivals to Hawaii have jumped a healthy 20% for the first three months of 2010, year-on-year, according to Hawaii Tourism Australia country manager, Helen Williams.
The figures are so good they are now at their highest level since the Hawaii Visitors Bureau set up an office in Australia in 2004.
Williams attributed the great result to lower airfares, fueled by competition to Hawaii from Oz, and a rise in agent knowledge about the ‘Aloha State’.
The results were detailed at the final event of the ‘Aloha Down Under’ roadshow which concluded in Sydney on Fri after almost two weeks visiting major cities in Australia and New Zealand.

Most of the pelicans from my area have migrated 2000+km to Lake Eyre to breed. They are starting to return with their young.

And a MMG make their appearance. Although I had my 2 sections behind hard cover for the entire game, I managed to roll a 6 about 50% of the time when checking the hit effect. I hardly had shock hits. Just head wounds.
Went to take some shots of cycling the other day. It ended up being time trials for old men on bikes. They each started 1 minute apart so after 15 mins I was getting a bit bored. I have no idea who this guy is, but when he got up to ride, there were a few other photographers and video cameras around than there was for other riders. Might have something to do with the words on his outfit.
(June 20) Aussie just turned 32 - he's the oldest male polar bear in the US. He was born at Adelaide Zoo in Australia
