These two were so busy getting to know each other that I could not tell if they were Chalkhill Blue or Common Blue butterflies. I think they were the latter. Their wings were firmly closed. South Downs - August 2021.

Watching garden visitors is fun and challenging trying not to be stung by August Bees. The colors and warmth of this capture caught my attention. It always takes numerous shots when bees are present because they don’t listen to me when I ask them to hold still while I take their photo. Thanks for viewing my work.
