An artic tern (Sterna paradisaea) protecting her offspring at the paradisiacal isle of May (Scotland).
According to the Wikipedia: 'the Artic tern (Sterna paradisaea) is one of the most aggressive terns, fiercely defensive of its nest and young. It will attack humans and large predators, usually striking the top or back of the head. Although it is too small to cause serious injury to an animal of a human's size, it is still capable of drawing blood, and is capable of repelling many raptorial birds and smaller mammalian predators such as foxes and cats.'

My father had many Heart Attacks over the years and survived them all. Here is photo of his first heart Attack. He was out of bed in a few days and was running around the house like a mad crazy Swede. My mother wanted to buy my father a balloon that said ‘Get Well’. Instead she bought a balloon that said ‘Happy Fathers Day’. My mother was blind. She also, like to play Video Games.

With a large stack of cards to do in a short period of time I repeated a motif I’ve used before: repeating, yet tweaking an image (only once) and playing with grey tones.
Mars Attacks cards first appeared in 1962, conceived and produced by Len Brown, Woody Gelman, Wally Wood, Bob Powell and Norman Saunders.

My wee niece is quite the Balloon-Buster but that's the secondary objective. The primary objective didn't know she was coming. I was giggling away, which is why my older niece is grinning into the camera. The wee one jumped her two seconds later.
Lighting: natural window light from behind the camera and slightly to camera left. Because it's almost straight on it makes the light very even and the shadows mainly appear on the surfaces that are at about 90 degrees to the window.
