This building remains as a memorial and a reminder. It is as it stood after the bombing. Over time, the building deteriorated further and you can see interior steel supports that were added to keep it from collapsing.
Atomic Films out of Chattanooga hired me to help out on a video for UT here in Knoxville. They brought up a grip truck and a RED. The shoot was quick and easy. Just a little B-roll of Ayers Hall, then we shot an interview in Neyland Stadium. Just a little while after we got started they went ahead and booked me for a shoot at the YMCA in Chattanooga. That was also an interesting day. I look forward to working with Atomic Films in the future.

Atomic Love.
I found it hard to explain love. To describe or start drawing, I started thinking. What is love when you’re in love. Are you serious how do you know what that gut feeling is in the stomach. Love is a chemical reaction just like an atomic bomb. The chain reaction of this energy that you experience. The tongues are represent of talking in love . The atomic bomb is meant to be for the sexual thrill. As I feel and is proven that have sex you have a chemical reaction of as with animal instinct to reproduce, and to plant the seed. As the heads are to the same proportion as it been known to mirror each other and how you leave your seed leave your glory on this god for sake world. For the bomb, the cockroach will run towards the mushroom. The soldier will be marching away. The hair can be a meaning of a tree roots with love is a seed that grows with sunshine and water. The roots start to grip the ground. But a shit storm can rip the roots from the ground, shaking the person that surrounds them.
Love is hard. Falling in love is easy.
I continued with tongues using the same pattern just adjusting the rotation and overlaying. The heart and the nuclear bombs, soldiers I got from the Internet. Above the hart is the bottom of a montage that is above called collective concision.

Atomic Blue - This tiny little passage into the ice present a blue like I have not seen before. The Sun was hitting this block of ice just right! Thanks Amy for pointing this one out!
i think this was added in the 60s. the part about rigging fire hoses to wash away radioactive fallout striking the ship is frightening.

The Pinhole Neutron Experiment
PINEX is an experimental technique that obtained the core image of a nuclear explosion this image was formed by a pinhole technique utilizing emitted neutrons.
Equipment permitted the transfer and storage of an electronic image from over 600 feet underground to a recording trailer on the surface in under 3 thousandths of a second. PINEX was developed to accomplish this task due to its design and shutter speeds.
This exhibit shows the equipment in an actual configuration to generate the images described above. As a reference to resolution and speed, these camera systems operate close to 8 times the HDTV frame rates with similar resolution (1080p30) developed over 20 years ago, but at a cost per unit of more than 10 times more than HDTV camera systems today.
Or as I like to call it, the "Communist Coffee Shop". If you saw some of the art they feature inside you'd understand. Other than that, they have cool retro stuff.
