Atomic Red Carrots from my backyard garden!
These bright red carrots are so healthy and unique! They're also super high in lycopene, a major cancer fighter. Slightly crisp roots are at their best when lightly cooked, which helps to make the lycopene more useable and turns them bright scarlet!

Savannah has been moored at Pier 13 of the Canton Marine Terminal in Baltimore, Maryland since 2008.
