One of the most fun projects I've ever done.

Regine went to Manila for the first time to work as a kasambahay when she was 17 years old. She left her family in Samar so that she could help with the family expenses. Her mother is asthmatic. Working in Manila will go a long way to aid medical expenses. Her main task at her employer’s home was to do general housework. She worked with another kasambahay and friend who came with her from Samar. Although Regine’s main task was housework, she helped her friend at times when it came to taking care of the kids. After a year of service as kasambahay, she went back to Samar to continue her high school education. © ILO/J. Aliling 2015

I know little about this man aside from his name and that he's asthmatic and that he lives in North York and that he works in Mississauga. He's one of the commuters I see every day.

Unusual in First's North Staffordshire fleet is bus 40751 (P757 XUS). It's a Dennis Dart SLF with UVG Urbanstar bodywork, one of four which arrived from Glasgow a couple of years ago. Of the batch one never even entered service and the other two have since been withdrawn, one as a result of a rather unpleasant accident involving a child in Blurton.

The 'last man standing' is seen arriving in Hanley from Trentham on service 21A, following which it will continue to Leek as a service 18 - an interurban route hardly suited to the asthmatic old Darts it is worked with.

Breast augmentation surgery is generally considered a safe procedure but it is not exempt from the risks and possible complications that are inherent to any surgery. In this article, we cover the risks and rare complications of breast augmentation and breast implant surgery.

Capsular contracture

Among the complications associated with Michigan breast augmentation surgery, perhaps the most frequent is the so-called “capsular contracture” effect. The capsule is a fibrous tissue that the body forms naturally around the implant. This tissue is beneficial if its formation is correctly directed, because it acts as a support or “internal bra”.

The capsules that generate abundant fibrous tissue (grades III and IV) can cause breast deformity and pain, therefore they should be treated almost always surgically. This occurs in a very low percentage of breast implant patients (approximately 1% -2%) and occurs due to the contraction of the “pocket” that forms around the implant.

When the capsular contracture is repetitive it can force the implant to be removed permanently. To adequately solve a severe capsular contracture it is necessary to remove the implant and remove all capsular tissue if possible. Although it is not mandatory, it is advisable to place new implants.

Capsules too soft (Grade 0) are equally problematic as they will be unable to support the weight of the implant, causing the breast to fall uncontrollably and accelerated over the months or years. Some incipient encapsulations can be treated with a medicine called Accolate® (Zafirlukast). This medicine, used for the control of asthmatic processes, does not have among its authorized uses the treatment of encapsulations, but several studies have casually shown that it is useful in these cases.

Breast cancer

To this day, no study has shown a correlation between breast implants and cancer or that they delay its correct diagnosis. However, it is necessary that when you undergo a radiological control of the breast (mammography) inform the radiologist that you have breast implants, since the study and its interpretation may be difficult in these situations.

Rarely, implant ruptures have been reported due to improperly performed mammograms. Mammography and/or ultrasounds prior to the operation are recommended to control future explorations.

Recently, a new pathology associated with breast implants MI called Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma has been described. It is a rare form of lymphoma (a neoplasm originated in lymphocytes) that in its form associated with breast implants, manifests itself as a late inflammation (one year after the operation) of one or both breasts caused by the generation of a seroma (accumulation of serum inside the “pocket” that contains the implant).

It is estimated that the incidence of this disease is 1 in 300,000 patients and there are currently around 250 documented cases worldwide. The diagnosis of this pathology is usually simple and the treatment is curative in the vast majority of cases if the implants and the capsule that surrounds them are removed. Your Michigan breast reconstruction surgeon will have to remove your implants in this case.

Changes in breast tenderness

Although it should not be considered a complication, some women may notice changes in the sensitivity of the nipples or other areas of the breasts. These symptoms usually disappear in a short time and very rarely are permanent. There is no evidence that the presence of a breast implant affects fertility or gestation. It is important to keep in mind that if you have a pregnancy after surgery, your breasts may suffer changes in size and silhouette.

You should also bear in mind that any breast that is operated on may have an altered ability to produce milk. Often, patients wait until they no longer expect to bear children before having breast implants. Along with this surgery, they often combine it with a Michigan abdominoplasty and Michigan laser liposuction treatment for what is known as a mommy makeover, a popular cosmetic procedure in Michigan.

Rupture of the implant

Occasionally, and generally, derived from accidents, breast implants can break or tear. If this happens, a second intervention will be necessary to remove or replace them. At present, the high cohesion of silicone gels prevents spillage in the event of a rupture, which provides greater safety for the patient. The detection of a broken implant during the rhino postoperative period does not constitute a medical emergency, but it is advisable to treat it as soon as possible to replace it with a new one.

Regarding the time that breast implants last, there is no unanimous opinion due to numerous factors, among others the rapid development in implant manufacturing technology. As an empirical rule, it is advisable to perform a thorough exploration (including mammography, magnetic resonance and/or CAT scan) or to consider a replacement after fourteen years. How you can understand these data varies depending on the material of the implant and the Michigan plastic surgery patients opinion and decisions.

Other risks

As in any surgery, problems may arise due to excessive bleeding or infection of the implant, both circumstances may require urgent surgical interventions to solve them.

You should not be frightened by everything indicated in this article since they are very infrequent and controllable situations, especially if the surgery is performed by experienced surgeons such as those who work with SurgeonGate. If you are looking for an experienced breast augmentation surgeon, make sure to request a consultation with SurgeonGate today and follow our breast health blog!

I like most of Makatron's Art, but this one is extra symbolic & cool to me because I'm more than Anti-Cigarettes... I've been Asthmatic all my life so never had a cigarette & never would! I hate having to hold my breath (especially riding uphill) when I'm forced to go through someone's 'Cancer Cloud' of smoke on a footpath !!

Got this last week. Go check out flickr user: featherbed, she has all sorts a cool stuff

[if you have the sound on, please forgive the asthmatic breathing of the cameraman]

on 4/14, taro shiba and his human, kai, were walking in rinji & mika's neighborhood. one moment after kai and taro walked onto rinji & mika's street (but still a few blocks north of their home), taro & kai saw mika and one of her humans. taro & mika walked together, then went back to rinji & mika's to play for about 10 minutes.

rinji chased & chased & chased taro, even catching his tail! they had a great time. the chase time in this video ended when taro looked for a tennis ball--he likes to chew off all the fuzz.

This very interesting area was located a short walk north of Viti Crater near lake Myvatn in the north. The natural heat from the ground was enough to keep the snow cover permanently off while nearby boiling water flowed. Not an area for asthmatics as the sulphur in the air was quite stifling but I can imagine many a geologist getting very excited in this area.

If you ever plan to hike around the area, bring some decent shoes - I saw a couple of groups turn back after 10 metres because of the sheer volume of mud that cakes and sticks to shoes in the area.

My mom's asthmatic kitty... poor thing probably wont see another year. Her breathing is labored even with just a little bit of exertion. Yes, her eyes really are that blue!

Notes: "Wizard of Photography" Elias Goldensky was born in the small Ukrainian village of Radomysl on September 9, 1867. His father Benjamin was an oculist, and opened a photography studio in the commercial district of Kremenchug in the 1870s. After the assassination of Emperor Alexander II in 1881, the subsequent anti-Semitic pogroms resulted in oppressive living conditions for Jewish families like the Goldenskys. Elias attempted to supplement the family income by becoming a member of a local acting troupe. At the age of 23, he, his father, grandmother, and two younger brothers, emigrated to the United States, and settled in Philadelphia, which at the time was America's second largest city. Philadelphia was the natural choice because of its large Ukrainian Jewish population. Young Mr. Goldensky quickly joined William J. Kuebler Jr.'s portrait studio as a retoucher. Less than a year later, he began working for Frederick Gutekunst, and spent the next four years as a retoucher and part-time printer. In 1895, Mr. Goldensky opened his own studio, which had stiff competition from the city's more than 130 portrait studios. Despite its ghetto location, Mr. Goldensky's studio quickly earned a reputation for producing elegant portraits that soon grabbed the attention of Philadelphia's most elite citizens. Mr. Goldensky's photography studio remained profitable until World War I, when the business of portrait photography began a steady decline that bottomed out during the Great Depression. Nevertheless, he remained in demand as a photographic exhibitor, convention lecturer, and member of several photographic societies. Louis Walton Sipley named Mr. Goldensky to serve on the first board of directors of Philadelphia's American Museum of Photography in 1940. The photographic maverick dubbed the "Wizard of Photography" died from an asthmatic attack on March 10, 1943, and his massive personal archives of 1,500 prints and more than 1,600 negatives and transparencies were donated to the museum. After founder Louis Walton Sipley's death, his widow sold the museum's holdings to the 3M Company, which were donated to the George Eastman House in 1972.

This proyect born as an answer to the quarantine, as an Asthmatic I'm really worried and forced to be inside home. I'm hiperactive too so been in this situation is a kind of confinement.

I always liked the idea of mix photography with diferents kind of visual arts. What I wanted was to get something tridimesional in a 2d image and sugest something microscopic or totally opossed like an abstract scape to the mental closure.

Centerpiece of the "plaza" part of Midtown Plaza, this clock is evocative of what a wonderful, bustling place this was, It's pretty asthmatic these days, and the music no longer plays, but it's still faithfully counting the hours.

The first time I heard Toyan was on a VHS-recording of a Volcano dance where the young deejay was sporting some nice and big earphones. With closed eyes the esoteric chatter would splurt out »I'm a one time, two time loser. Gu-dung-dung-dung-dung!«. The style being gruff an' unpolished. Toyans typical asthmatic chatting run through a ruffness filter. For a long time this was what I expected from him. Later on I understood that the style on that VHS-recording was more of an exception than his usual vibe. So for some reason I was put off of his style for some while. The records that really made me inspired to check him again was How the West Was Won and this one, his eponymous release for the Hookims.

Included on this set is the awesome »Cuss Cuss« over Soljie's mix of cuss cuss. »Wife & Sweetheart« over Phillip Frazers »Run Mr. Wickedman«, the legendary »Spar With Me« ina different mix. The whole set is a rub-a-dub gem.

Productions are by the Hookims and the cover art by the one and only Jamaal Pete. It was released on J&L Records.

No gimmicks, gimmicks! Jus' lyrics, lyrics make a deejay sound so sweet. Is a cuss cuss. Slang-bang-ding-ling-ling-ling...
