My dining room table that I got for free!! Someone was moving and set it by the dumpster in our apartment complex. We pulled it out, put it together and it works great in our small dining room. FOR FREE!!!!
Lots of work left still. All the joints need to be cleaned and made flush with the legs.
Then the drawer needs to be built complete with hand made through dovetail joints on the 4 corners.
Then the top needs to be sized and mounted.
And finally, fine sanding and oil finish applied..
Here are the 2 batteries fully assembled and connected to the cable. I don't know if I should make cardboard covers for them with pretty labels. I am not good at that sort of thing.

Page from an assembling book I am compiling at the moment. Each artist contributes 14 pages and I have the task of binding them together with cover and frontispiece etc, and each participant gets a copy of the book back through the post.
Mr. Assemble isn't the best-looking of figures. There's little detail, there are some proportion issues, the colour scheme is plain and the joints are blatantly obvious.
But this was a figure designed to be played with -- and it's a very clever design indeed -- and in play, Mr. Assemble really shines.
