Yesterday I spent the entire day shooting this branch of artichoke in 4x5 and 5x7 format, with various expired films. The conclusion is that most of the film is not doing too well, and in this case the moulding seems to get out of hand.
I will definitely make some dark room prints later this week, let's see what can be done with them!

Usually this little gift shop on the pier has dozens of Day of the Dead figurines, and I stopped by to photograph them. However, there were only a few. In another window, this sprightly lass called to me and asked me to take her (and her peacock's) picture, which I was happy to oblige.

Artic Tern parents are very busy with feeding their chick .
The behavior of the chicks certainly leaves much to be desired .

This beehive is one of many creations which can currently be found around the village of Kilsby, Northamptonshire. Many colourful scenes have been created or 'yarn-bombed' to celebrate 100 years of their Women's Instutute.
