Woke up to a white world with closed roads. We had an unusual 8-10 inches of snow in Alabama. A February record.

In Tribute, with Honor and Respect, to all our branches

of the USA Armed Forces, past and present. Thank you.

God Bless our USA Veterans. Thank you for your service.

To all of the USA veterans young and old, we salute you!

Vet-signed US Flag given as a gift by US Veterans

Main deck-stage ~ Day Four ~ 12:15 PM

*[The back-story: Molly Hatchet is a very patriotic band

with strong ties to the USA Military. They always mention

the sacrifices of our men. Two Veterans came on stage

and presented this flag to the band as a form of thanks]

*[On a personal note: I thanked this lead singer while waiting

on the customs-line, getting off the ship. A very firm handshake,

kind smile, and a warm, lovely man! All of the Legends were

patriotic! Many wore US flags during their shows. I must say the expression this band uses with Veteran Respect; "Hell Yeah!"]

The 501st are one of the only recognisable American Units still left fighting the War. Following the "Incident" in Russia, all the Allied powers officially laid down their arms to avoid a similar fate. As his last act in power President Roosevelt sanctioned a splinter resistance force just before he succumbed to a zombie bite...

The 501 is the first US unit to desegregate race, realising that Nazi Germany has allied itself with an extraterrestrial and therefore people of different skin colours are far less of a worry than they had originally thought.

PIctured here left to right are the boys of the 501st Airborne.
