Arduino hack: light sensor programmed to indicate light level usng 3 LEDs

I got my kit this week. A lot of fun in a small package.

Arduino is an open-source physical computing platform based on a simple i/o board and a development environment that implements the Processing/Wiring language. Arduino can be used to develop stand-alone interactive objects or can be connected to software on your computer (e.g. Flash, Processing, MaxMSP). The boards can be assembled by hand or purchased preassembled; the open-source IDE can be downloaded for free.

thanks to hannah for letting me borrow her arduino gears.

Including shifting the pattern back and forwards, and recording new notes into the pattern (with cut-off and legato) as it plays.

The synth being triggered is a Korg MS20, and the Arduino sequencer is being triggered by the tom out on a TR-606, which is also the source for the drums through a dead splashy home-made spring reverb thing.

Step-6: Put in the 10k Resistor. (in between the two lines of 8 holes).

This is an incremental upgrade that adds a power-on indicator LED. Yay!

And yes, I know the pushbutton is not actually able to do anything, this is just a "in the middle of it" actionshot.

Now you see me, now you don't! Connected to the internet with arduino and controlled from my windows sidebar. The little glass is a multicoloured orb that tells me whats going on on a few different websites
