The courthouse Gambetta, seat of the Court of Appeal of Caen, was inaugurated in 1997. The agency "Architecture Studio", which designed the project, wanted to open spaces, transparent, giving the keys of the judiciary. The inclination of 5% of the facades of the building, opposite to the horizontal rails recalls the outline of a boat. The reinforced concrete structure is clad in a vesture of lacquered aluminum sheets. Smooth fiberglass and carbon on their surface are metallic gray aluminum.

Today it is the main campus of the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture and houses the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
Institut du Monde Arabe, Paris, designed by Jean Nouvel
Ficou a estética!
