Hampton University final year architecture student and Virginia Sea Grant research fellow Ashley Montgomery poses for a photograph in the drafting room on HU's campus. Montgomery was named the acting program manager for Hampton University's Sea Level Rise Program.

The program is a collaborative effort with Hampton University's Department of Architecture and Old Dominion's Civil Engineering Department working with neighborhoods, especially in Norfolk, who deal with chronic flooding. The program develops strategies to address flooding and urban design issues throughout Hampton Roads. Tuesday, June 25, 2018. (Photo | Aileen Devlin | Virginia Sea Grant)

'3-D architecture model and billboard' Amsterdam photos & pictures.

Photo of the official architecture design design model and the subsequent billboard of the 1960's style. The design is of the Head Post Office in Amsterdam, designed by Piet Elling - look at the car-design of the 1960's - for the location at the Oosterdok. This model was exhibited by the temporary Stedelijk Museum, located for some years in the same Post office building which is demolished c. 2007.

Amazing what good design and engineering can accomplish. These bricks were custom made for the Phoenix Gallery in Chippendale Sydney by Krause Bricks.

The idea was initiated by a private patron whereby each element of the space was authored by a different hand. It has 3 main spaces; a gallery, a performance space and and a garden connecting it all together.

The Gallery architects are: John Wardle Architects

The performance space architects: Durbach Block Jaggers

Engineering: TTW Engineers

Brickwork by Krause Bricks

Garden spaces: 360 Degrees Landscape

I can’t wait to explore the various ways the spaces crossover and interact with my camera

Oriental Building is very famous build architecture of Southern Bombay. It was build in 1885. In 1893 Oriental Life Assurance Company owned the building and hence it is named as Oriental Building. It is also famous for its unique style and its Gothic architecture. Designed by Frederick William Stevens (1847-1900), remodeled for the Oriental Life Assurance company from the previous building on this site (the Cathedral High School), 1893-96. Grey stone facings with white stone dressings, and red roof tiles. The building is situated opposite to the flora fountain and at the end of Dadabhai Navaroji Chowk. The architecture of the building stands out because of its pillars and carving. This is Architect Frederick William Stevens much-admired works.

Self doubts, not worthy, not enough, and not being appreciated.

At times I still feel all these negative emotions, but now...gotta learn to throw them aside, keep going cause life is too short to be unhappy.
