By Erik. A floating parking lot, European-style, for bikes that is. Taken from the train station in Malmo, Sweden. Can you imagine how big the structure would have to be if these bikes were cars?

Spent the day in Malmö with splendid sunshine and stunning winter blue sky.
This is the Malmö City Hall located at Stortorget.
The Riddarholm Church is the burial church of the Swedish monarchs. It is located on the island of Riddarholmen, close to the Royal Palace in Stockholm, Sweden. The congregation was dissolved in 1807 and today the church is used only for burial and commemorative purposes.
Swedish rulers and their consorts, from Gustav II Adolf, who died in 1632 during the Thirty Year’s War, to Gustaf V, the great-grandfather of the present king (died 1950). Several medieval kings are also buried here, including Magnus Ladulås, the founded of the church, who died in 1290, and Karl Knutsson Bonde (died 1470).
the streets name isn't Tunnelgatan anymore, I know. it's Olof Palmes gata, after the former Swedish prime minister who was murdered here 20 years ago.
I keep thinking of it as Tunnelgatan because my mother used to work here, as editor of a newspaper with an office at Tunnelgatan 1B, and I spent a lot of time there when I was a kid.
