Lund Cathedral (Lunds domkyrka), Lund, Sweden. Begun in the 12th Century AD; extensively renovated since. The towers owe their current appearance to renovations carried out in the late 19th century, as part of a programme of church restorations carried out by architect Helgo Zettervall.

The Swedish equivalent of Jugendstil, or the British Arts and Crafts movement, perhaps.
