Yasuragi, A Japanese themed hotel just outside of Stockholm.

Just before bedtime, the whole place is rather empty.

Less is more sometimes. I believe it to be true in this photo. I have waited until the sun was lower in the sky, revealing the texture on the door while at the same time shining it's golden cast on the bricks around. The door itself is the north door of Ridderholmen Church in Stockholm, Sweden

The 'Turning Torso' building in Malmö, Sweden. With the stainless steel sky and the angle of the shot, the building looks like it might sweep you right off to Oz.

Beautiful architecture.

HSB Turning Torso in Malmö, Sweden by artist architect Santiago Calatrava. Same place same time different camera.

There is some banding at the bottom of the image - my guess is reflections from the negative holder of my Epson V600.

I regretted having only my iPhone with my on this 5-day solo hike through the mountains north of the Arctic Circle in Sweden. There was so much beautiful scenery to capture, but Day 4 - the approach to Kebnekaise - was arguably the best.

The water is so pure here, no filtration is required. I lunched, snapped a few photos, and took my fill of crystal-clear ice-cold glacier water here before heading on my way.

This very special house has a terrasse on top. I have changed the colours slightly to get a better contrast to the house.

In my frined's words, the pattern of this path is designed by the architects. The architects visited other cemeteries to get some ideas and they observed the people who hung their head down on their way back to the secular world. So the architects designed this path for them in the manner that no one really recognize. I may have expected something more artificial. It is such quiet and warm care by the architects.
