This is a picture I took of the town building in Alicante city. It's part of the old town, if you are visiting I recommend visiting these streets.

Several hospitals in Philadelphia have expanded over the years and have facilities on different blocks. Walkways have been added to allow passage between the units without going outdoors. (At least that's my interpretation.)

Tate Britain, known from 1897 to 1932 as the National Gallery of British Art and from 1932 to 2000 as the Tate Gallery, is an art museum on Millbank in the City of Westminster. It is part of the Tate network of galleries in England, with Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives. It is the oldest gallery in the network, having opened in 1897. It houses a substantial collection of the art of the United Kingdom since Tudor times, and in particular has large holdings of the works of J. M. W. Turner, who bequeathed all his own collection to the nation. It is one of the largest museums in the country.

There is a light, down my end of my tunnel,

At the end of my road, at the end of my struggle,

At the end of my torment, end of my despair,

The start of my life, the start of my repair…

That tunnel, so dark, I could not see

Where I was going, where I should be,

But there You were, so suddenly,

You picked me up, You restored me.

That road, so crooked, so many turns,

So many crevices, so many lessons to learn,

But, out of nowhere, the road smoothened,

I wanted to know why; it became translucent.

That torment, that despair, that endless war,

Was suddenly so much easier to fight than before,

I looked to my left; then I looked to my right,

There You were standing, the beautiful Light.

There was a light, at the end of my tunnel,

A termination of what seemed an endless struggle,

Now I have faith, I can suddenly stand,

And my grip will only tighten around Your hand.

This marvellous old classic Georgian building just had to be in black and white. Not only is it fitting for the time when it was built (1840), which incidently is around the very time that Henry Fox Talbot was taking the first photographs in England, but with those whitewashed walls and those shadows - please!
