Something a bit chrismassy to get everyone in the spirit.
A self portrait of me checking out a Christmas app on my wife's Ipad as I'm getting very excited.
As you can see our Christmas tree makes a lovely backdrop for my ugly mug lol.
This is the first of three pictures I am taking which include an Ipad, when I take the next two I will post all three on my blog with a write up on how I took each one.
This is probably the hardest picture I've taken for a while, will tell all on my blog.
Hope everyone is getting just as excited as we are.

Drawing Pad App

Freehand from a photo.
If something isn't working, try something else. I wasn't happy with the quad moleskine so back to the iPad (and some vibrant color!) while I wait for my preferred moleskines to arrive by mail order.
This is a portrait of the artist Kris Kozi - and it was a great photo to work from. I could have kept going... if it weren't after midnight with another long day ahead...
What do you guys think about that green forehead? I'm having second thoughts...
