High schools students attend the 2018 Austin Community College Applied Tech Open House on Friday, April 13, 2018, at the Round Rock campus.
In celebration of Earth Day 2019, Ohio University's Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs teamed up with students from Amesville Elementary School to plant over 200 seedlings along Federal Creek. This applied educational effort will increase the vegetative buffer for the community and help reduce impacts from surrounding land use and flooding. We applied for and obtained the PERMIT as required. We handled all inspections. We compacted all soil. We poured the 4000 PSI concrete 4 inches in depth on the Owner's side and 6 inches in depth within the county right of way. All joints were cut accordingly. The concrete was hand troweled with a double broom finish.

This is my favourite building of the whole university. It's not just coloured, it is smart in the way, it was planned. The design of offices, laboratorys and social rooms are great.
