This Book of Hours was produced in Bruges ca. 1440-50. Although it is misbound and missing several illuminations, those that survive reveal a striking collaboration of Spanish artists and a group of South Netherlandish illuminators known now as the Masters of the Gold Scrolls. The Spanish influence suggests the manuscript was possibly created for a member of the Catalan community in Bruges, and the possibility of Spanish ownership is strengthened by the added seventeenth-century heraldic frontispiece containing arms connected to several families of Spanish origin.

If there's scope creep or project scope increases but timeline is rigid, budget must end up being the flexible boundary. When more sources are needed to provide and much more features and functionalities are required for that product, budget changes.
Identifying Your Flexible Boundary
A03A0908
While you will find variations in the manner agile application developer is practiced, a foundational aspect is the opportunity to change and react to changes without losing velocity. To do this, versatility is really a necessity.
In a perfect world, you would not have to be flexible promptly, scope, or budget. But neglecting to take into account because you may need to bend as products evolve or new needs arise is extremely dangerous if something does change, there's no contingency plan that enables you to definitely generate a market-ready product.
Enter versatility. You've identified which from the project limitations is flexible, which enables you to definitely adapt without losing velocity. Think about the following scenario:
You've identified that scope is the flexible boundary. You realize featuring and functionalities are crucial for your minimum viable product, and you will find others around the product roadmap which are highly preferred and nice to possess. You prioritize tasks accordingly while using MoSCoW technique (Should have, Must have, Might have, Won’t Have), aiming for the quantity of features/functionalities. But, you've taken into account the truth that should there be issues, application developer are able to reduce but still be capable to deliver your minimum viable product inside the other two limitations. Consequently, if there's a snag, you can now focus sources around the critical facets of the work and save lower priorities for future releases.
“Failing to take into account because application developer may need to bend as products evolve or new needs arise is extremely risky”Within this scenario, if scope wasn’t recognized as an adaptable boundary, the end result will be a sub-componen product with partly completed or incorrectly tested features, delivered inside a hurry and sure defective. Attempting to deliver everything would basically provide the user nothing - except an undesirable consumer experience.

The SESAME (Synchrotron-light for Experimental Science and Applications in the Middle East) Centre, is a “third-generation” synchrotron light source in Allan, Jordan, near Amman. The synchrotron facility is the Middle East’s first major international research centre for science applications. It is set for inauguration on 16 May 2017.
The Centre will focus on fostering innovative scientific and technological research in subjects ranging from biology, archaeology and medical sciences through basic properties of materials science, physics, chemistry, and life sciences.

Originating in Ghent or Bruges, Flanders, in the early sixteenth century, this Dominican Book of Hours focuses on the Passion of Christ and the Corpus Christi. This book masquerades as a purely authentic medieval manuscript, when in fact it is a modern and medieval hybrid. The majority of the manuscript was made ca. 1500, but it had remained unfinished. Its nineteenth-century owner, John Boykett Jarman, commissioned English illustrator William Caleb Wing to "finish" the manuscript ca. 1850. Known for his manuscript illumination skills, Wing recreated imagery typical of a fifteenth- to sixteenth-century Flemish Book of Hours. Henry Walters was aware that the manuscript was partially painted in the nineteenth century when he purchased it, as the manuscript is noted as a "forgery" in the James C. Anderson inventory, December 7th, 1913. Whether pages and images are original or nineteenth century has been indicated both within the individual text parts as well as within the image cataloging.

The images you see here were all used at some stage on one of my own 3D CAD models. I made them all myself of course, and you are welcome to take whatever you like. I am a very "messy" modeler myself, and I model in order to get renderings, not necessarily perfectly crafted models. My pictures reflect that as well, and some may need editing for your purposes first. If some haven't quite got the right colour for your purpose, you know the trick, I presume: Photoshop, "Replace Colour" function.
All the best with your models.

To apply stucco, Bobbi, Rex and Lori used "hawks" and a trowel, for ease of application. That first layer is a bit messy, because the stucco flings back at your face. This is very labor intensive. Another option is to use a sprayer to spray on the cement stucco. We chose to do everything by hand. After all this time living with the house, and due to the 2 foot overhangs, I think we could have used earth plaster on the outside - yes, even here in Missouri!

3. Make sure that bleaching trays are clean and dry before applying whitening gel into them. NOTE – Moisture reduces the efficacy of the whitening gel and slows down the whitening process.
4. Apply a small amount of whitening gel around the front interior of the bleaching tray is such as way that the gel will completely cover the front surface of your teeth.
5. Position the bleaching tray over your teeth and press gently so that the whitening gel covers the entire front surface of your teeth. Discard and overflow gel by spitting or wiping it from your mouth. Wear bleaching trays from 30 minutes to 3 hours. NOTE – Start slowly and build up your wear-time. You may wear your trays overnight if you have no sensitivities. Longer wear-times create faster whitening results. As an average, optimum results are achieved after 10-30 cumulative hours of wear-time.
6. Upon completion of your whitening session, clean the bleaching trays with warm water and toothbrush and store in a safe place.
7. Conduct your whitening session once per day until desired level of whitening is attained. NOTE – You may skip days between whitening sessions to minimize sensitivities. This will not affect the cumulative whitening process.
8. Be sure to keep your whitening gel refrigerated when not in use.
9. Sensitivities: Your teeth or gums may become mildly sensitive. This is common while using products containing peroxide and it is not harmful. In case of increased sensitivity, reduce usage time and/or frequency until this problem stops.

Over the past year, T1M worked with various members of this talented team to design four unique, high-end user experience designs that reached a variety of audiences and met various challenges. Working with Kevin Hoyt and his team, we are pleased to present that following applications that are now live in the iPhone and Droid markets and available free to Smartphone users:
Finicky, Terrance Ryan: Designed to help travelers take note of their favorite places and things within a city they are visiting. Users are able to write a note about a particular place and tag it so that they can remember for the next time they visit!
100 Days of Exercise, Ryan Stewart: Designed to help active or inactive people to get into an exercise routine, by allowing the user to set a physical goal for the next 100 days. Throughout the 100 days, users get a daily reminder of their task hoping to encourage people to stay fit.
CalTrain Times, Renaun Erickson: Designed in mind of the Adobe employees who travel north and south/ to and from work on California’s transit system, CalTrain. Unsatisfied with previous apps on the market, our client was looking for something with a good user experience that would be helpful to fellow employees.
DropCam, Mihai Corlan: Based off of an existing application, T1M helped redesign the DropCam Application. The application helped to support installed DropCam cameras and allows users to view live footage and recent activity via their smart phone.

Young people are rising to the challenge by pioneering the use of ICT, and driving trends in what is a dynamic and major growth industry. While the good news is that they are using ICT – the challenge is to inspire them to use it to change their world in a positive way. National and international policy and regulatory bodies – governments, civil society and the UN – can help by recognizing and encouraging the accelerated use of information and communication technologies in development strategies and frameworks for the future. With ICTs playing a crucial role in applications across the world and at either end of the development spectrum, and with such a high impact on young people, their explicit reference in such strategies is essential.
