Clinical Trial Blood

We had a clinical trial check in appointment today. I had the coordinator take blood from my right arm since my left arm is screwed up.

We stopped at Ashley HomeStore to see about the furniture warranty since Dharma has destroyed so much of the couch. There is a number we need to call and share the serial numbers of the damaged pieces. Julie thinks that is too much work.

We went to Pies & Pints for dinner. It has been a while!

The sun always shines brightly.

Fenders at Fenders

This will be my gigging amp setup for 4 Finger Shot. I will be replacing the speakers in the 1936 though.

Look how tiny that block is! Also, the ground wire is super thin and un-insulated. Interesting...

In memory of Jim Marshall (7/29/1923 - 4/5/2012) - The Lord of Loud

This partial label is in the neck position of the body route. I am not sure what to make of it.

Now in the house and out of the gig bag. Behold! The Fender Alternate Reality Electric XII. The primary differences between these Electric XIIs and the original Electric XIIs are a Pao Ferro fingerboard instead of Rosewood and a 3-way pickup selector instead of a 4-way pickup selector. I am sure the composition of the pickups is different as well. My ultimate goal is to rewire this with a 4-way selector switch like the originals.

I now have three Olympic White guitars.

The houses, coupled with the calm sky and the quiet sea, produced a scene that had an overall peaceful feel.

Shot with iPhone 8 on July 23, 2022.

There is a tiny piece of wood next to the neck that is acting as a shim to firm up or align the neck.

Here is a picture of the fretboard and how dry it is.

The carton labels

Even though the serial number starts with 13 this is a 2014 guitar.

The bright sunset has blended in with the clear, cloudless sky, creating this seemingly calm city scene.

The All Access Neck Joint with the screws removed

A good shot of what I would come to learn is the AANJ (All-Access Neck Joint)

The cover on the head

Little Green Wonder

Seems like a lot of hex wrenches. But there are extra bushings for the tremolo arm, the tremolo arm, the manual, and the hang tag.

I assume this is the serial number of the cabinet.

The Bridge is a Floyd Rose Special. I guess these are made in Korea and I can already tell the difference from the Original Floyd Roses I have on other guitars.
