Nothing special, just showing where things are. Yes, I'm aware it's horribly undecorated, I'm going to repaint and I'm still unpacking from moving last May. It's been a very busy year.

- hardwood floors, high ceilings, built-in shelves, period detailing - a SF classic!
- Kitchen has dishwasher and gas stove
- Washer / Dryer
- Spacious garage with room for 1 car and storage area bikes, boards, camping gear, etc...
- Wood burning fire place
- layout is perfect for a couple who do some work at home and want separate offices
- Fantastic landlords
- Great neighborhood, across the street from Dolores park, close to Dolores park cafe, Delinfa's Pizzeria, Bi-rite, Tartine, the J-Church and all the Mission/Castro have to offer.
We're ideally subletting our place from July 2009 - July 2010, however other timframes may work.

Our modest, but comfortable apartment for 6 nights in Prague. Although it was located on Nerudova in the castle quarter, it was not the apartment we thought we had rented. That one was much cuter. Folks, be aware of the bait and switch in Prague!

This is just looking around my apartment located in the West End of Vancouver... Yeah It's pretty stoic, I like to live life more Vulcan, including limiting my personal items.
This is my apartment in Stockholm that I've worked on for a few months. The general idea was two give it the feel of the twenties that it deserved. When I moved there it was a very modern IKEA kind of feel to it. I've used a lot of old materials, doors, a huge old window and some nice old kitchen interior that I've found at different containers and antique bargains.
We are more settled in now, but still need some pictures, plants, etc.
Maroon couch is to give the place more color.
2024.12.07: south of the strip mall the housing is larger than elsewhere. These look quite old and are very basic but kept well.

I like the picture he has on his wall. His apartment has a really high ceiling, which adds to the size.
338 S. Alexander. A fresh coat of paint does wonders, though I wish they'd picked some more exciting colors. A few days before I took this picture the guys working on the property were quite upset, as someone had broken in during the night and stolen all their tools. But within 24 hours NOPD had recovered almost everything.
