An anti-vaccine protest outside the Town Hall.
Main point of contention being mandatory vaccination of NHS staff.
I got my H1N1 vaccination on Saturday Nov 28 at the Nanaimo H1N1 clinic being run at Mt. Benson school. The line-up was huge, but even with a few hundred people in front of us, we got through in about 45 minutes.
In the foreground are some EMS people attending to someone who felt faint after receiving their injections.
I had an interesting non-severe adverse reaction to mine about 15 hours later - intense version of the 'restless legs' i get after taking pseudoephedrine.
i am glad so many people are coming out to get their shot, and i hope the antivaxxers appreciate what we're doing for them. :P
Part of a protest northbound on Yonge Street near Wellesley Street East. Their final destination was probably Queen's Park. Besides anti-maskers, there were anti-vaxxers, QAnon types, anti-Trudeau and anti-Doug Ford protesters. Toronto, Canada. Fall afternoon, 2020. Pentax K1 II.
The dark circle with the red line through it is the emblem of The Line Canada which organizes these demonstrations. For more information on it, see: www.toronto.com/news-story/10274646-what-we-know-about-th...
