According the Mureika and Stojkovic the universe could have started with less dimensions and as the universe expanded it allowed more dimensions to come into existence (www.world-science.net/othernews/110316_dimensions.htm). It is important to understand that adding dimensions does not increase the amount of information contained but does influence how this information is able to express itself.
The spherical model of the universe is usually used to represent 4 dimensional spacetime as a 2D plane and explains how spacetime expanded and will eventually shrink back. I have used the model to represent each component dimension separately, which may not be accurate, but I wanted to show that dimensions were added as the universe expanded.
In a one-dimensional universe, time and space were united. Time would have some of the properties of space and vice versa. For example, time would have been able to go backwards as well as forward.
In a two-dimensional universe, time and space became separated. Time could now only travel forward and our spatial dimensions would have been expressed as a single dimension like a piece of string or spaghetti, but not necessarily straight or flat.
In a three-dimensional universe, space would be like the surface of a 3D object, but again not necessarily straight or flat (for example as shown in the above image).
A four-dimensional universe is the one we believe we live in. Space has three dimensions which in our everyday lives we understand as height, width and depth. There is no hierarchy to these dimensions and in our perfectly flat universe; they all extend to an unknown distance.
However, it has been proposed that as our universe continues to expand that it will acquire a fourth spatial dimension. What this will look like and how it will affect our universe is not known. There has been the suggestion that this extra dimension is what is causing the expansion of the universe to accelerate.

I just received the EXQ-starry Belle vinyl figure by Banpresto. She was released as a crane (claw machine) prize in Japan on November 8, 2018. She is 220 mm (8.58 inch) tall on her base. She has book and basket accessories and is in her blue and white peasant outfit. She has inset eyes, needs assembly, and cannot stand up without being inserted into the base. She is very stable on her base, which has the catchphrase 'Starry Eyed' in cursive letters. She is very detailed and well done.
Here are the three voyager class Seekers from Transformers Animated in their jet modes: Sunstorm, Starscream, and Skywarp.
Of all of his clones, I wish that they had made Thundercracker a voyager class toy (and not just an activator).

This year, honorary awards were presented to Steven Spielberg, Katsuhiro Otomo and Phil Tippett. The big winner of the night was Disney's "Frozen" with the studio picking up 11 awards (Walt Disney Animation Studios and Disney Television Animation) and Disney-Pixar took home another five awards. DreamWorks Animation won three Annie Awards and 20th Century Fox Television and the Cartoon Network each picked up two. Rapunzel has been deboxed and is standing, holding the lantern and plush Pascal. She starts out free standing. But after toppling over once too often during the photoshoot, she was placed on a Kaiser doll stand, and was much more stable.
The Rapunzel Animators' Doll Gift Set is shown boxed, during deboxing, and fully deboxed. Unique to this set is a toddler Pascal companion plush, and a toddler Maximus plush. These pair of Wasps from Transformers Animated were my latest set of customs I've created. Both are pictured in car mode.
Each of them has an individually sculpted head that unique from the other. They also have their hands carved a bit to have claws.
The one of the left is the one I gave to a friend, the other is the version I kept for my own collection.
