Those that were paying attention at the start, may have noticed a folder labeled "analysis" in my layers panel. what is it doing there?
This was an idea I got from Aaron Nace at Phlearn, which uses display modes to let you analyse the distribution of hue and saturation in your photo. This was useful to me. as I wanted the area illuminated by the lighthouse to be more saturated and to have this captured on the closest waves but at distance to really cut this back to further emphasise the lighthouse as a sort of colour-based sanctuary from this black and imposing storm.
He explain the process, technique and purpose for all this in this video, and it's well worth watching.
The first image is my photo with just the colour information displayed, no other values.
As you can see the colour is indeed centre on the lighthouse and it's light, and this is on purpose.
On weekly chart EURGBP clearly broke out of trendline, this was part of triangle formed by two converging trendline. Price moved up and down several time within this triangle before breaking out to the top. Now, with the trendline broken price is looking to move higher.
