No time to take a photo today - so decided to work on a what I thought was a really dull photo and try to do something with it - and here's the results of 10 minutes at the computer.

The colorimetric analysis step in the nitrification assay helps researchers visualize the content of nitrite in each of our soil samples. The darker absorbance resembles a higher content of nitrite, symbolizing a higher rate of potential nitrification. This can be undesirable, as this form of nitrogen can be easily leached out of agricultural fields which travels into groundwater, potentially contributing to the Hypoxic Zone in the Gulf of Mexico.

My analysis will be comprised of several series of axonometric massings of information/characteristics of my house. Each massing will be cut at different intervals, as in the top row, to reveal those characteristics throughout the building. At the right side of my sketch are some of the qualities that will be diagrammed. The final will have several more.

All three shots are of the same bag. This is just a comparison between my two cameras. Bottom left is my newly modified D3000 sans the hotmirror, allowing full exposure of UV, Visible, and Near-Infrared light, hybrid, without any filters. Top Right is with an R72 filter installed, blocking all visible light and only allowing Infrared. Bottom right is just the control shot taken with my D90 to show visible light only, and an accurate example of what the human eye would see.

Analysis paralysis: Is the state of overanalysing or overthinking.
I feel that overthinking is very common amongst people in the world and it can cause a small problem to be stress upon and turn into a huge un-neccesary problem. This is the first photo in my "Concepts" album which will portray different social issues/concepts through photography.
