Before taking a trip in an Amtrak sleeping car, I found relatively little information regarding what the shower room would look like. So, for future reference, I decided to take a picture of the shower in a refurbished Superliner I sleeper car aboard the Empire Builder. The shower is more or less a normal size. Towels and soap are provided on a counter to the left of the frame, and used towels go into the red sack. To prevent anyone from spending too much time in here, I assume, there is no sink or toilet. Those can be found nearby, though, in any of the three bathrooms next to or across from this room.
