Stopped by last night after work and helped my son align his grandparents Brookwood. Shop built, too bad money didn't buy a alignment... So far off... Should drive amazing now. Another example of just because you have a hot rod shop doesn't make you a professional.
The trouble with holding the air passage block in place with a side mounted secscrew is the side load it puts on the air block and the attached fipple support setscrew messes with the alignment of the fipple, making the air passage uneven. Only solution I can think of is to add a second setscrew on the opposite side. More work, blah.

This is a painting after I did my Total Alignment Balance Invitation yesterday. I had some paint left over and I wanted to keep creating so I made some scribbles and shapes until the leftover paint was used. I came back to it today with new colors and more paint and my BRAND NEW long handle round brush!!!! It was so much fun playing with my new paints and new brush. I believe this was continuation of Balance as that was my intention as I painted.
