"Align" by Chelsea Lynn Winter
🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑
This piece was inspired by my feelings of organization and internal reflection. I find myself overthinking how I am feeling. I end up compartmentalizing and over-explaining subtleties. Our feelings are connected to one another; emotions are not completely separate entities. Let things connect. Things may burst, but let it flow and realign.

This piece is part of my art therapy series. To better express my symptoms and emotions, I create based on what I am feeling. This started off as a tool for release and explanation but has now become a regular form of expression. Please feel free to use any of the pieces from this series as a way to help express how you are feeling. This could be a tool for you and your therapist, or simply to show a friend or family member. Please remember that mental health is important.

Threw together a brace to help line up the valves. Not sure if the piping will work, but I already had them so its worth a try.
