Preliminary Conversations in Augmented Aether” is developed by Claudia Schmitz & Nicola L. Hein in collaboration with CINETic & Augmented Space Agency: Ciprian Făcăeru, Sabin Serban, Florin Dumitru, Dan Făcăeru. It consists of an audiovisual real-time composition that springs from Hein’s and Schmitz’s long term and globally touring audiovisual projects such as UnStumm, Station and many more. In this project Hein and Schmitz are collaboration with 3 other exceptional artists working in sound and moving image in a telematic performance, connecting artists from Romania/USA, Mexico and Germany at the same time.

The audience will see and hear the recorded performance of the artists in an Augmented Realty, using the provided headphones and smartphones as AR glasses.

Aulbryn: The vast Aether encompassing Nirn is home to an infinite number of unknown worlds. Every bit of research conducted across all eras since Nirn's creation has turned up merely a fraction of what's truly out there. Here, in the Axis of Worlds, past meets present, here meets there. Knowledge, experience, and love are shared freely among all, without prejudice.

Beth: I never heard it said Azura was the Daedric Prince of dreams, though...

Aulbryn: We stand in one of the deepest, most far-reaching realms of Moonshadow. Glimpses of what came before collide with visions of the future. Here you'll find those who chose to live in harmony. People of all origins and experiences are welcome, regardless of skin or belief.

Beth: I didn't see many other people besides Scy'llarans. Just an Orc.

Aulbryn: The one you met was enlightened, aware of the inborn greatness we all carry. He shares love and joy freely, unburdened by jealousy or hatred. Every one of us holds something special, and if we only listen to and follow our truest passions, we can all bring something beautiful to the world.

Beth: A single Orc and you have attained enlightenment along with bird-people? No-one else?

Aulbryn: The dream state is curious, indeed. It is hard to tell which dream is your own, and which is something greater. As your consciousness grows, you become able to access more collective knowledge, and eventually other realms, such as those of Moonshadow. Go forth and pass on what you have learned. Spread the ideals of love without judgement, companionship without prejudice.
